The Thrift Store itself was first opened in the old Ford Bakery on George Street in De Pere. Ever expanding, it was then moved to the former St. Francis parsonage house. From there, the Thrift Store once again moved to a larger and more convenient one-level location at 506 Butler St in West De Pere. As our growth continued, in 2015 the Thrift Store expanded its current facility allowing for better equipped store space with wider aisles, brighter lighting and expanded volunteer work areas.

DPCO's Charity of the Month
De Pere Christian Outreach's mission is to help strengthen and support other non-profit organizations in Brown County. The featured Non-profit of the month for April is Aspiro.
Mission:
Aspiro began in 1957 when a determined group of parents in Green Bay came together with a bold vision for a better future for their children. Grounded in that original commitment and our promise to Live Your Way, they support people with disabilities in making their own choices about work, independence, and daily life. By listening first and partnering alongside each person, Aspiro honors individual goals and supports the paths our clients choose for themselves. Today, Aspiro continues fulfilling those parents’ vision by serving more than 1,600 clients and families through eleven services focused on connecting their clients to their community, reaching their goals and achieving their independence.
